- You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

- Operating and administering specific services in support of enterprise architecture vision and applicable technical standards;
- Incident, problem and change management;
- Providing application support with industry knowledge of ITIL service management principles;
- Applying technical understanding of Windows Server OS (2012/2016/2019), Windows Server security standards and configuration management;
- Applying technical understanding to support associated technologies such as management and administration of Data Center environment, proxmox virtualization platform ;
- Understanding user provisioning models and approaches, related tools and directory services;
- Managing Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP directory technologies;
- Delivering technical application support, especially industry-standard platforms such as MS Office, SIP Phone , IP Phone , Windows 10 & 11 and others;
- Managing Data Center Environment, Dehumidifier , Room Temperature ;
- Exercising due diligence when assessing operational risks and proposing technical solutions;
- Developing and maintaining technical processes, including supporting documentation, associated with the establishment and operation of specific collaboration services;
- Developing and maintaining a current understanding of the technical architecture and designs associated with the application services delivered, and all relevant enabling technologies;
- Defining and maintaining administrative processes that support existing and new application services and capabilities;
Education: Bachelors in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Relevant Education
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
