The incumbent in this role will be responsible for administering, creating, and maintaining master data within the Glencore South Africa SAP PM, AMT4SAP and other relevant systems to ensure that information captured is accurate and up to date.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Administering, creating, and maintaining accurate data within the systems.
- Liaising with system owners to assist with the maintenance of interfaces between SAP PM, AMT4SAP and any other peripheral systems.
- Liaising with various teams.
- Maintaining, reviewing, and monitoring systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Assisting the Business Analyst – PM with identifying, testing, and implementing of any necessary changes required by business.
- Supporting internal projects to ensure activities are completed within given timelines.
- Assisting with user creation and clean up as well as assigning the correct and relevant roles.
- But not limited to these responsibilities only.
About you:
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following minimum requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
- SAP PM Qualification will be advantageous.
Minimum Experience
- 2 Years’ experience within information systems.
- Good understanding of the SAP Planned Maintenance module and related data components.
- Limited AMT4SAP exposure will be advantageous.
