Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Solutions Architect reporting to our Digital Design and Development Manager. This role will engage across the wider Group to build knowledge, capability and understanding of solutions architecture frameworks. You will lead project and solution design through the establishment and oversight of solution architecture practices and both through strategic and tactical delivery, providing advice and guidance across the business.

The role:
- Engage with business stakeholders to develop solutions that meet our business requirements and fit within our digital enterprise architecture as we transform our business
- Develop a solutions architecture framework that builds an understanding of how digital technology and data supports business domains of the Orion Group
- Improve the Solution Development Lifecycle using frameworks and definition of key artefacts and process improvements
- Contribute to IT planning, strategy development aligning business outcomes with enabling technology solutions
About you:
- Proven experience in contributing to the maturity of Solutions Architecture practise in a complex environment
- Ability to lead, influence and build credibility across a range of stakeholders
- Ability to tell our story and sell the story of digital change resulting in delivered transformation
- Experience in the integration of solutions in an existing environment that includes ‘as a service’, COTS and custom developed services
- Strong analytical, collaboration and communication skills
