職務内容
全国各地の営業所に配属となり、MRチームの一員、又はチームのリーダーとして医療ニーズに応じた情報提供、提案を行っていただきます。
- 国内外の最新の疾患、治療、製品知識（自社製品／競合品／開発品）および業界全体の知識を幅広く習得し活用する。
- データに基づき、デジタル含む複数のチャネルを用いて、 顧客（医師（研修医含む）・薬剤師（院内／調剤）および メディカルスタッフ ・特約店等）に対し、最新かつ専門性の高い疾患・薬剤・業界情報等の提供と治療に関する付加価値の高い提案を通じて 自社製品の適正使用の推進と治療に貢献する。
- 市場データおよび担当施設の実績、シェア、処方動機、院内ルール、経営状況、顧客ニーズ等情報収集し、 顧客データ分析ツールを活用する。
- 地域の医療行政や担当施設の経営戦略を考慮した効果的な戦略（ KOL 、重要顧客、若手医師、顧客ネットワーク、講演会等の構築）を立案・遂行し、 最適なチャネルによる双方向のコミュニケーション機会を通じて 地域全体の顧客エンゲージメントを高める。
【リーダー職】 上記に加え、以下の職務が期待されます。
- 担当エリアや営業所全体のビジネスの進捗管理などを実践し、他のメンバーが環境変化の中でパフォーマンスを発揮できるよう、リーダーシップを発揮する。
- 個人の担当エリアに加えて、ディストリクト全体への貢献や、部門を超えたビジネスチャンスを最大化する。
