Job Summary
We are proud to be working exclusively with a leading office operator with international reach who are currently looking for a success driven and highly motivated Acquisitions Director to join the organisation based in Germany.In reflection of the ambitions of the organisation and the individual they are looking to attract, our client is looking to offer a package of c.€150,000 - €180,000 plus a 30% bonus paid annually. The right candidate can be based anywhere in Germany and will largely work flexibly with the ability to manage your diary accordingly.
This is a hugely attractive opportunity that will help define an established Acquisitions professional take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will operate across both Germany and Austria and must be a German national.
We are looking for candidates with a specialism in office acquisitions and asset management with a strong work ethic and demonstrable success within their sector focus. This is a senior level hire reporting directly into the Head of Business Development for Europe and is an opportunity for somebody to make a real impact by tapping into a market offering exponential growth.
